Managing Director, Namayani Group
Victor leads Namayani Group as Managing Director, with responsibility for the Group's strategic direction across refining, trading, construction, logistics, and renewable energy. He brings cross-sector experience spanning Africa's commodity, agricultural, and infrastructure markets, and oversees the Group's operations across South Africa, Zambia, and beyond.
Nigel T. Marozhe
Co-Founder, Namayani Refinery
Nigel co-founded Namayani Refinery alongside the Group, leading the establishment of the Group's Zambia-based gold refining operations. His role spans sourcing, compliance, and refining operations, with a focus on building a responsible, well-governed refining business in the region.
